Vouvray is made from the Chenin Blanc grape, the noble grape of the Loire Valley. Marcel Martin ferments his Le Droissy Vouvray to an off-dry style. It has a beautiful floral nose, gentle stone fruits like apricot and peaches tempt the palate and is followed by a subtle sweetness that pairs well with spicier cuisine. That is all balanced by a defined acidity that coalesces the wine into the perfect drink for a warm summer day.
